Register to Play
Registration for the 2023-2024 Season is CLOSED for new and returning players. We are currently on a waitlist. To be added to the waitlist, please email: admin@westmipatriots.com.
We recommend registering early next season. Please complete the following steps to register. ALL steps must be completed to play.
1. USA Hockey Registration*
2. American Special Hockey Association (ASHA) Registration
3. U.S. Center for SafeSport online training (required for all players age 17 and older)
4. WMSHA Team Registration Form
5. USA Hockey background screen (players age 18 and up) ($30 fee)
*USA Hockey Registration fee required for all returning players or players who have previously registered with USA Hockey. NEW players (who have never registered with USA Hockey) receive their first year of USA Hockey membership free.

Returning players ONLY: USA Hockey online registration

Players age 17 and older
Click on each link above to register. Please complete the USA Hockey Registration first. NEW players will need to fill out the PDF (paper) USA Hockey First Year Player Registration Form to the left and email to: kraduazo22@gmail.com. If you are a NEW player, do NOT fill out the online USA Hockey registration link above. In order to receive FREE first year USA Hockey membership you must fill out the PAPER (pdf) registration form. Returning players ONLY will use the USA Hockey link above to register online and will pay the yearly USA Hockey membership fee.
Both new and returning players will use the ASHA, SafeSport, and WMSHA registration links above to complete registration. Please use the above link for SafeSport Certification. Both USA Hockey and ASHA provide SafeSport training, however, only the SafeSport training certification link above is accepted by BOTH USA Hockey and ASHA.
Your USA Hockey Registration Confirmation Number will be needed prior to filling out the ASHA and WMSHA registration forms.
**USA Hockey Background Screen required for all players age 18 and up ($30 fee). Background screens are good for 2 years. https://www.usahockey.com/backgroundscreen
